The manager, I believe his name is Jason, made my day. He was very friendly and recommended something new for me to try because I always get the same thing. I loved it. I had stopped coming to this location because I have had very poor customer service experiences and different staff members being short and rude so I was happy to have such a positive interaction my last visit.

Every time I go to Nekter, I feel like I am elevating my health. I don't always eat the healthiest because of my busy schedule but if I go to Nekter regularly, then I know that I am getting the healthy nutrients that my body really needs.

Dear Nekter Management, I’m a regular customer at this location and usually look forward to starting my mornings here. However, I need to bring something to your attention regarding the customer service experience. There is a young lady who works most mornings, and unfortunately, her attitude and demeanor are consistently rude and dismissive. I’ve tried to overlook it, as I understand everyone can have tough days, but this seems to be her regular approach. Each time I visit, I notice the same behavior not only toward me but also toward other customers. It’s reached a point where it makes me not want to come to this location anymore, as dealing with that kind of treatment first thing in the morning is very discouraging. I truly believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to help her better represent the Nekter brand and create a more welcoming environment. I enjoy Nekter and hope to continue coming here, but I wanted to share this feedback so the experience can improve for myself and others. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I really wanted to like it! The pros: This location is across the street from my hotel. Açaí makes me feel healthy. I know there is a ton of sugar but it’s a good morning start. Location is clean and easy to access. Staff wore masks The cons Location was supposed to be open at 7am. I arrived at 7:10 and it was locked. Very kind lady tells me she is waiting for her manager to come. The açaí was more frozen then creamy. Maybe they felt bad that I had to wait outside, I don’t know. Not sure I would come here again. And I normally I don’t write less than positive reviews.

Love this chain, the highest-quality juice and acai bowl shop, very fresh and healthy ingredients in a clean setting. Everything I have tried from their extensive menu is delicious. Majority of staff is great, very prompt and professional. Highly recommend this place.
